Software for Businesses & SaaS Founders
Internal tools and admin panels for live SaaS products, complex API and compliance integrations, full-stack applications built from scratch, and websites that actually reflect what you do.
Full-stack development · Direct collaboration · Built inside your existing systems
Four patterns come up again and again in the systems I get hired to fix or build.
01
Your product is live and growing, but you're running the business by asking a developer to query the database.
02
The demo said "just connect to the API." The documentation says otherwise.
03
You have a product idea and no engineer. I build it end-to-end.
04
You have real expertise and real clients. Your website doesn't show either.
That’s the work I do — solving the specific problem in front of you, not selling a generic package.
If your SaaS platform serves other businesses — accounting firms, agencies, marketplaces — there's usually a moment where the customer-facing product works fine, but nobody internally can see what's actually happening: which accounts are performing, which partners are owed what, which subscriptions have gone overdue. I build the operator layer your live product is missing — a real admin panel with dashboards, reporting, and the access controls a privileged internal tool actually needs (role-based access, multi-factor auth, session security) — built into your existing codebase, not bolted on as a second system.
Third-party APIs — screening providers, payment processors, compliance data feeds — rarely do exactly what the product brochure implies. Rate limits, batch-size ceilings, async responses that arrive later by webhook, advertised features with no real endpoint behind them: these surface mid-build if nobody reads the documentation first, and by then they're expensive. I read the API's real constraints before quoting a price, not after signing a contract, so the estimate — and the architecture — are built on what the integration can actually do.
For founders building something new — a SaaS product, an internal tool, an MVP to validate with real users — I handle the whole stack: data model, backend, frontend, deployment. Solo delivery, fixed price and fixed scope where the requirements are clear, phased and re-quoted where they aren't, so neither of us is guessing.
For coaches, consultants, authors, and service businesses, the website's job is simple: make a visitor trust you enough to book a call. I build fast, content-led marketing sites — the copy, the structure, and the build — around your actual positioning, not a generic template with your logo on it.
A European accounting-firm SaaS platform
A ten-screen admin panel built into a live, revenue-generating SaaS platform — without disrupting the product customers were already using.
A compliance-technology provider building a resellable AML screening product
Reading a compliance API's documentation before quoting the price — and finding four constraints the UI design never mentioned.
Recent feature contributions to a live accounting SaaS product used by accounting firms and their clients: an OCR-based data-entry feature and a full purchase management module.
A custom SaaS platform letting Libyan customers import shipments from Amazon and other international sellers, with full shipment tracking, tax calculation, and payment handling.
Contributed to the driver/rider-facing mobile app for Zone Delivery Service's last-mile delivery operations in Dubai.
A conversion-focused marketing site for a solo coaching and ghostwriting business, built directly from professionally written copy.
On a recent AML compliance project, reading the provider’s API docs against the client’s UI design turned up four constraints nobody had priced in — a rate limit, a batch-size ceiling, an async callback flow, and a feature with no real endpoint behind it — before the contract was signed, not mid-build.
A ten-screen admin panel for a live accounting SaaS platform shipped into the existing codebase, sharing one database and one auth system, without a single regression to the product customers were already using.
You get a real estimate, not a guess dressed up as one — and an honest plan for the parts that genuinely can’t be scoped upfront yet.
You work with the person writing the code, not an account manager relaying messages to one.
01
I ask about your business, your users, and the actual problem — not just the feature you think you need.
02
I define the solution, the data model, the technology, and — for well-understood scope — a fixed price.
03
I build in stages you can see, not one long silence until launch.
04
I test against real use, fix what breaks, and ship to production.
05
The system keeps evolving as your business and users tell us what's next.
I’m Haider Malik, a full-stack developer. I build the software businesses run on — admin panels for live SaaS products, integrations with the third-party APIs those products depend on, and full applications from the ground up — usually working solo, directly with the person who owns the problem.
I also teach backend engineering through a free NestJS ebook and a blog covering real problems, not tutorials.
More about me →The tools that show up across the projects above — not a memorized logo wall, just what the work actually used.
Mostly software that businesses run on day to day: internal tools and admin panels for live SaaS products, complex third-party API and compliance integrations, full-stack SaaS and MVP builds, and marketing websites for founders and consultants.
Yes — most of my work is exactly that: shipping into a live product without disrupting what's already running, alongside an existing team where there is one.
Both. I've delivered end-to-end SaaS builds solo, and I've shipped specific modules — an admin panel, an integration, a feature — into someone else's existing system.
Fixed price and fixed scope where the requirements are genuinely clear, phased and re-quoted where they aren't — decided upfront, not somewhere the project drifts into.
Yes, remotely, across time zones — see the case studies below for examples.
Tell me what you're building, fixing, or trying to solve, and we'll talk it through.
Tell me what you’re building, improving, or trying to solve — whether it’s a new SaaS idea, a live product that’s outgrown its tooling, or a website that doesn’t reflect the business behind it.
